Help with spots on glass

Hi I have looked around and I haven't seen anybody else with this issue. A friend of mine used turtle wax's semi permenant tire shine on his tires and he said there was overspray onto his glass. I can't get a good picture to show it but there are a bunch of really tiny clear dots on almost all of the glass, and I am guessing its on the paint as well. I have tried several different clay bars ranging in how aggressive they are, and it barely took anything off. my question is do you guys have any reccomendations to remove these dots? Is there a polish that is safe for glass or is there something else I can try?

Try mineral spirits or alcohol.
