New GG DA problem?

I just opened my new GG DA polisher that I got from AG. As I was taking it out of the GG box, I noticed a rattling noise...from near the vents on the handle of the polisher. I moved it around some and it kept rattling. It sounds like a small plastic piece. This is my first DA polisher so maybe this is normal, can someone help me out? Is it broken? Thanks

Doesn't sound right, call AG in the morning.
 
Ok, I'll give them a call and see what's going on, thanks!
 
Called AG customer service, sending my new unit back and exchanging it for a new one! Thanks for the input Im the MAN
