Next time your shopping for a new car

That can be fixed on Android phones by knowing you're going somewhere ahead of time and telling Maps to cache the route. My GF's 2011 Altima has Nissan's nav system and I've lost count of how many times it doesn't even have a destination in the system. I'm not talking an out of the way place either.

I know google maps now allows offline nav and cached maps, but I think at the time it may not have. In any case, the infotainment system with the nav is way cooler than without. It uses the screen to show a lot more than just navigation information.

But mostly it was a guilty pleasure purchase. :)
