This view of the tip removed shows the threads on the backside of the tip.

This is the backside of the tip where the foaming screen is located, and where debris will get trapped reducing the foaming action of the canon and or not let water through very well, if at all.

Hope this helps and if not I would look at disassembling the water-air mixing valve, or contact AG for a solution/return/replacement.

Not sure for your location but in mine I go to the local health unit and get a water test kit, let my water run for a few minutes to make sure I am testing whats in the aquafer not what has been stagnet in my pipes. Fill the bottle and then send it in for analysis. All for free.
My well water is very soft (9.0ph) and high in floride. Not all well water is on the hard side but some is for sure. If you don't make many suds (with little soap) easily with shampoo in the shower or doing dishes than you probably have hard water. I would still have it tested once a year to see what you are drinking.
Not sure when the last time you have treated your well (shocked it) or done maintanence on it but the test will tell you lots. I treat my well yearly with Biostel to get rid of any bio-fouling that may exist.
I would send in the water test and look at the screens in cannon but with your set up and choice of soap I would be leaning to hard water as a possible condition to your issue. Hope all works out![]()
If you run the canon w/o the screen it should perform more like a normal pressure washer tip, which it pretty much is. You probably still wont get the pressure that a non-modified tip/lance would have sine the foam canon is probably modified to have a larger hole to accommodate the foam screen.
I will try it out tmrw.If nothing I posted helps, and it does the same thing with another source of water then I am sure AG will look into it.
You may want to try adding an ounce of a rinseless wash like ONR to the foaming shampoo you put in the dispenser to see it helps alleviate any hard water issues.

Maybe try using filtered water in your dispenser instead of your tap/well water. Do you normal get a lot of suds/foam in the dispenser bottle when you shake it up to mix the soap ad water?
Yeah, I guess if ONR can soften water it can encapsulate the foaming agents in shampoo too. Guess you'll see for yourself and let us know.

Thanks neat e34, I went ahead and ordered CG cannon (actually Mother in Law...yep, she rocks). I picked up a quick disconnect and looks like a quick cannon removal and snap a spray nozzle on and I'm rinsing away.
I'm going to check it out and see if its clogged up.
I am 95% sure it's not the pressure washer it self. I tested it on a few surfaces before attaching the cannon. It has tremendous power.
I'm going to give a call to nick tmrw and hopefully have this solved.
Thank you very much mike and AGO members for the help !
Where did you get the quick disconnect
