Guys, I can't see where any rule was broken. I read the rule and this looks OK to me. What am I missing?

-He discussed a product that IS sold on AGO check
-He did not provide any URL's to the competitor's site check
-He did not bad mouth anything or anyone check

I want to chime in on my last purchase. The wrong product was sent to me. When I called up, AG service department arranged to ship the correct products to me in minutes (got an email within 15 mins). When I inquired about the wrong product that was in my possession (how to get it back to AG), the service rep apologized again and told me to keep it for my trouble. :wow:
Granted, it was a small ticket item but still....... I didn't expect this.

It was based on a product I got from them. The product I got had some defects on it when it arrived and when I called back they told me to contact the manufacturer. It wasn't too bad, and I did end up getting a new one but as mentioned Mike my point was that Autogeek will back up the products they sell, and has a very helpful forum!
 
Forgive my newness here but is this the place to ask if AG will match this price?

Im in the market for one...sooner than later.

Just call them up. It will be much easier to work out all the details. It's possible they might not see your post here. :props:
 
I think the forum is the best place to ask for price matching unless you're in a crucial hurry, that way we all benefit. Also, if the DeWalt is purchased from AG, how is the warranty handled if anything happens with it, send back to AG or back to DeWalt?
