new car pro leather & fabric protector

I'd love to use this on my Subaeu WRX Cloth seats...
I just dont want to spray it on and have to use a heat gun to dry it....

Waiting on some feedbacks from others atm before i pull the trigger....
I dont mind if it is just spray wipe it on a MF and spread it... and leave it to air dry

you dont need a heatgun. it can dry on its own without issue.

the heatgun was listed as an option for professional detailers that want a very fast turnaround time with the customer.

if your using on your own car, spray it on and let it dry for a few hours before using the seats.

btw, I have used the product often and never used a heatgun. I did my entire designer fabric kitchen chair set with this product and its amazing not only for moisture, but for solids as well like food and staining , ie: cheese doodle stains from the kids ! lol.

you dont want to rub this product in. just thoroughly spray and let dry.

a cheaper alternative is Ultima interior gaurd on fabric. you can rub that in with an applicator and the bottle lasts longer, but i dont think there is abrasion resistance like with CarPro.

i dont mind using the car pro one since they designed it for cloths, fabric and what not.

Does the sprayer head have a wide spray range? If i dont rub the product in, i will be spraying until i cover the entire seat o.O? Thats alot of products...

You don't need a heat gun or blow drier, I just use one since I have to get my customers out the door. 100ml will do all of your seats. I use about 200-250ml to do a whole cloth interior car or truck. Seats and carpet.

Here's a video I made show how the product protects.

So u just keep spraying until the entire seat is covered? Or can i spray it on and spread with a towel?
Also what prep work is needed prior to applying?

On fabric spray and let it sit and dry, or use a hair drier. On leather spray then spread.

dude, read the instructions on AG or Carpro site. prep is listed there. Like 303 fabric protect you are NOT supposed to rub it in on fabric. you'll screw it up if you do so. the product has a capillary effect on fabric and penetrates on its own. Like the above posted, you will use a lot of product on cloth, so its not a cheap option. pretty costly, which is why it was probably designed as an upsale for a professional. supposed to last very strongly for quite awhile and will not be effected even by shampooing with high PH APC's.

also Ultima interior gaurd was also designed for fabric/cloth. it states so on the bottle. same with wolfgang interior sealant.

What about using it on convertible tops? Since it uses a lot of product on fabric do you guys think 100ml would be enough for the one on my solstice?
