The 2nd order was shipped, there were too many orders that I didnt even realise the first order was not shipped. On the 23rd, I emailed customer service, no reply. ( busy with christmas, dont blame them ) On the 27th, wrote them another email, reply was fast. But I was disappointed when they told me that the order was cancelled coz OVER LIMIT. I went to checked, and I saw this -----> Tis the season for giving, but we kindly request that each customer limit themselves to one of each item. No further discounts apply. My bad again, first they should have told me about the over limit & secondly, they could have adjusted the over limit products& ship the rest.

To Be honest I see nothing wrong or out of place with the first order. Quantity sales are common and the very reason for the quantity field, otherwise it would always be 1 and the field would be eliminated.

Understandably the folks at Autogeek were running at a blistering pace trying to fill all the orders and get them out the door. I suspect the reply was due more to confusion that anything else.

I'm not making excuses, just trying to understand what they may have been thinking...

Give customer service a call and ask them to explain why this was sent...

Nobody wants to be known as the person on the forum that bought up all the ONR w/carnauba or V7 so we had to put a limit. :laughing:
