This was a friends car they wanted to have cleaned so they could sell it. The car had not been touched in 11 years so you can imagined how bad it was. I got most everything out of the carpet and I was pretty happy with the turn out with the time they gave. The sets where cleaned last didn't take pictures.

Really nice turn around. Came out great.

Btw that's probably an 02 explorer, the 01 was the last year for the old body style.
 
It's a late 01. looked at the door panel said 01.
 
The seats came good they where pretty bad. they sold the car same day I gave it back.
 
WOW. If I saw the before shots before I was buying it I would have stayed clear. I have a theory that if you can't keep you car clean, the car probably isn't kept up the best maintenance wise.

Did you also do an engine and exterior detail or just the interior?
 
I did clean the engine and only wash/wax the exterior.
 
Did you put up Biohazard Warning tape to keep bystanders clear of the disaster?

That looked like enough food on the floor to feed a hundred mice for a year.
 
Wow how could anyone let their car get that bad?

I used a combination of Folex and Adam's carpet cleaner and a steam cleaner.
 
Wow! Great save. Those are usually not the most fun but the end results make it worth it!

My extractor was down had to get it fixed. Your going to laugh and I couldn't believe it work on this car. I had to use my wife's Bissell machine. The little thing did a great job for what it is.
 
CRAZY!!!Nice turn around!!Unreal turnaround!! I wouldn't believe that you would have got that so clean!!
 
Was it the little green or the autocare proheat? I just picked one up.

We have the autocare proheat. I used it on my used Durango I picked up and it worked pretty good. i didn't get as good results as pureshine but I just used over the counter cleaning solution. Looks like I need to change that
 
Its the Bissell lift off deep cleaner. What I did was pretreated the carpet and then used a brush.Then used the Bissell.
