Last year we had a great group of judges for Detail Fest Car Show! :applause::applause:
But the show was so big they were buried in cars and trucks, so this year I would like to expand on by adding a few more judges so it will go a bit faster for those involved. So if you have judging experience or want to learn, please contact me. We are looking for a few good men or women that would like to be Detail Fest Judges for 2013!

And yes it's getting closer, so I hope you have bought your tickets, booked your rooms, and cleared your schedule for the Detail Fest weekend!!! Im the MAN
 
I'm interested in learning to be a judge, I'll most definitely put it to use at the local car shows. Will I still be able to enjoy the fest, vendors, and demonstrations though?
 
When and where is the fest ? Is there somewhere I can get more info
 
What would be the criteria to be a judge?You see I know a GUY that does not have to book a flight or hotel room, has built and owns several HOT RODS and is a recent student of the famed MICHAEL J. PHILLIPS.Oh and he does`nt have a paying job.Feed back please:buffing:

I can have someone contact you about the details, if you do not have judge experience we have several guys with lots of experience that would probably love teaching some of the fellow forum members.

I do have experience as a judge in several COOKING competitions (probably why I dont have a paying job).Will there be food involved?My contact info can be found on the wall of the BROWNIE POINTS hall of fame.:dblthumb2:
 
Pat will be organizing all of the judges so you will be receiving a private message from him if you have contacted me.
 
Anyone that is interested in judging please feel free to PM me. It is very low key and we want everyone to have a good time while doing it. Only experience needed is that you have to love to look at very nice cars all day :)

Thank you Pat for helping out like always, Pat always steps in and assist with Detail Fest and SEMA!
Judging is not my specialty, so very happy to have Pat on board!

Can we do the baggie test on the cars we judge?
 
Nooo. Baggie test causes swirls. Dont ask me how i know lol
