Please Combine My 2 orders please?

Hello, I already posted this article in a different place, after some research I saw "Customer Comments" and I thought this would be a better place to ask this. so i am sorry if this is against any forum rules!

yesterday I made an order, and today I made another Small order... I See my first order is still on "Review" so will it get combined ?
Could AG please combine my 2 orders in to one ?

I am now going to check the forum again to see if there is a better place to post this...

Give them a call asap. Leave a message if at all possible if you have that option and they are closed.

Hey Meghan, Thank you for your reply, Something weird just happened when I called AG customer service, saying they already combined my orders and she asked me if I sent an email or something?
Well... No I didn't ... but somehow they combined =P
Maybe AG is smarter then we think!Im the MAN

I was able to get your email from the forum account, then I tracked down your orders with that and put in a note for them to take care of it.

This is why I don't mind paying their shipping charges when I have to. Customer service is beyond reproach.

I Started buying from AG about a month ago... Maybe a bit more... And I am really happy that I did...
Customer service is one of the most important things any company needs to have!
I am really lucky I found this place, even if I currently live in the other side of the world...

I don't buy nearly as much, or as often as many of you, but the dedicated staff at AG makes it the first place I go to when the cash flow (more like a cash drip) allows.

The forum is also a great place to get ideas on what I'd like to try.
 
AG has very good customer service. Glad they got your issue taken fixed before your order shipped.
 
Let me also chime in on Meghan. She could not pick me out of a line up of ten people but, has helped me numerous times with consistant GREAT service. The very first time I meet her was at the 2010 Autogeek event . I was trying to call my business partner to determine if we should purchase several buffers. She loaned me her phone, walked away and said let me know when you are done. That one kind act, is the primary reasons I'm a loyal AG customer. And Of course we like Mike, Max and the products. But honestly, business is about the little things and she understands that.

Now that is top notch customer service. I'll definitely message Meghan if I have any issues with my future orders. Talk about going the lengths!
