Here's one of the reasons there's a freeze on my detailing funds.:xyxthumbs:
Despite fighting off a touch of the flu I was able to sneak out for some garage therapy!

Looks good. I love the way CF looks. At least that doesn't look like the CF intake for many hondas, dubbed the "whale penis intake"

Wells its only fair if you purchased a better sucker, next you need an updated blower. Can we agree on a Master Blaster soon ???

Well that would be nice but I have to be honest and say that I can't agree on that.:xyxthumbs:

I've been going back and forth on an intake. What gains did you notice from it?? Or with the flu have you really not had a chance to drive it much?? Looks great!!

Good call on the apr version, I helped a buddy install a knockoff carbonio on his gti, terrible fitment, we had to Dremel a bunch off and get a longer silicone hose. It looks good now but it was a lot a messing around to save a little cash.

Ya was pricey but worth the money for sure. Hoping to be stage3 this summer.

Thanks Dave. The cars on jacks and stored for the Michigan Winter so I'll have to wait for Spring to play with it. CAI's are one of those mod's that make for a good debate on

alot of levels. I'm putting on long tube headers with high flow cats at the other end so I put on a bigger throttle body with the CAI to open up the intake. It looks good and will

sound better at the very least IMO. So if you go with sound and looks you won't be disappointed.

Looks nice gentlemen, but too much fiber for me.

Nice play on words Chris:xyxthumbs: LOL you'd just get it muddy anyway!!

Dudes!!!
I've got CF envy now.

Those are all killer!
Poor lil' me only has a Stillen CAI kit on my G35. :(
(At least it's not super heat soaking stainless!) ;)

Psssstttt.... honestly we've all seen those shiny stainless things and I just think... when I see one and know all the heat thats being transferred, losing everything the kit is actually THERE for.
