Well we are making our schedules up this coming week, looking for suggestions as we will have several great teachers here at Detail Fest this year. Anyone have something in particular they would like to gain a bit more knowledge on??

Feed back please

Class suggestions:

1. Class on automotive photography
2. Technical review of various coatings (technology, application methods, etc).
3. Todd's marketing class

Thank you Al!

Finalizing this class schedule this week, so speak now or basket weaving classes it is!

For business owners:
A class on running a successful auto detailing business would be nice. Can always use new tips and techniques.
I second the marketing idea.
I problem I have is a good walkthrough with a customer, I always seem to miss something so that is another good class.

For regular detailers:
Rotary classes are always good, I know I'll take it even though I consider myself pretty decent with a rotary. :)
A class featuring all the new products and tools out there would be nice too.

Just my .02

Wetsanding, dampsanding, and colorsanding. Differences, how to do each, and when is the appropriate scenario to use each.

Also a class on those Capro orange peel removal pads

Your going to the fest ?!

Paint condition diagnoses to determine appropriate maintenance and/or correction procedures.

Mike had mentioned he gave a class on detailing efficiently. This may be good for beginners.

Also, maybe Nick can do a demo on engine detailing real time since he had that great write up.

-Glass polish or compounding
-Sorting out when to use SMAT's vs DAT
-Interior cleanup and detail (chemicals vs vapor vs tornado)
-Leather care and restoration.
