Need cheep tools that are still good

I'm in the market for a tornado and a variable speed buffer I'm wondering if I should get the black tornado or the white, and where I can get it the Cheepest, also what is the Cheepest buffer I can get that still is a good buffer. Thanks for the help
 
Harbor Freight tools. For a buffer can't really go cheap unless you buy used.

Well all I have ever used is a variable speed buffer, would a orbital polisher do ok? As far as buffing scratches out

Are you saying you've never used a DA like the Porter Cable or the Griot's? If not, thats what you need. Don't know how cheep is cheep, but it's easy to justify as doing 1 detail yourself it pays for itself several times over. ;)

Buy the best you can afford, and improve as you go. I waxed by hand and buffed with a Craftsman 6" orbital before I got my GG6. :buffing:
