My DoDo Juice Home Brew leaked everywhere during delivery....

So it's after hours for customer service, but just wanted to give anyone at AG a heads up. My Dodo Juice homebrew leaked and broke during delivery spilling all over the dodo product and the other stuff in my package.

I'll call tomorrow when you guys re-open.

Dude that sucks. Yeah I had my wolfgang pad rejuvenator bag leak all over my shipping box as well.

Yeah it sucks for two reasons because a) was looking forward to whipping it up this weekend while the lady was out or town and b) it was the solvent bottle that cracked so my entire package and all my bottles in the rest of the order smell like turpentine and linseed lol
 
I just recently received a shipment where half my bottle of convertible to cleaner leaked on everything in my box. I wasn't a happy camper. But AG has treated me well so i didn't bother to do anything about it lol. Sorry to hear about your homebrew! Hope all works out!

we have never seen or heard of a similar instance before; the HB kit is probably the most overpacked product in our range. i am sorry that it ruined your HOME BREWing plans. please send me an email to pj at dodojuice dot com and i will sort you a new Juice bottle so that you can get the right mix and make your wax. remember to give me an address too.

as above, apologies you have had this experience, HOWEVER, the Juice bottle contains neither turpentine nor linseed oil, so perhaps there is some other spillage aswell. i would advise checking the rest of your products.

Oh no worries, AG is sending another one, I am sending the broken one back it's all good! Nice simple exchange, wasn't anybodies fault except UPS, I think they bashed the box around.

LOL apparently my noise isn't as good as I thought, hahahah. I was trying to pin down the smell, and now thats its not either of those I have no clue now! Here I was my entire life claiming I have a super sniffer, can smell a good burger and garlic cooking from miles away, hahahahah....oh well, didnt smell bad though, it was just potent! hahaha

Thanks for your help, but AG and I have taken care of it and I'm getting an entire new unit to brew up and can't wait! Things happen in transit, I am sure the box probably wasn't treated with the best by UPS across it's travels in the USA!

Thanks DoDo for your help, can't wait to brew it up and use it!:dblthumb2: Side note never had any issues with DoDo products, they're all great, this was a UPS treatment issue not and AG or DoDo issue thats for sure!
 
A friend ordered a big screen tv thru online vendor and delivered by UPS. It was amazing the see that someone put their foot thru the middle of it. I suspect someone played soccer in the truck. Luckily AMEX repaired it quickly. Autogeek is the AMEX of car detailing ...

Sometimes UPS really screws stuff up, my fiance ordered $300 worth of textbooks for her graduate class, and upon arrival, even though the box said "do not bend" it was bent and the books had torn pages, etc....not cool.

I could tell UPS didnt handle this box with care, becuase the packing was so tight from AG, but the box had been dented, ugh UPS kills me sometimes.
