Paint Correction: 2004 Mystichrome Cobra

Well Its not soft like Honda paint thats for sure lol. Id say Its semi hard. On a scale from 1-10 10 being the hardest Id say a 6 or 7. I have an 03 Mustang GT myself and this clients Cobra was an 04. Id say his clear was a little harder than mine.

I completely agree. I actually thought the clear on the Cobra was a little harder than my GT.

I have an 03 as well, so maybe they made minor changes in 04. In general every car is different. Ford is known to be middle of the road in terms of hardness of paint and if anything on the softer side. But of all the mustangs I have corrected they were not near the softer side, definitely medium-hard as you stated in your last post.

EASILY one of the nicest mustangs ever built. I have a good friend that owned one of the exact same cars and has been literally kicking himself for selling. Is the owner interested in possibly selling? Random question, I know - but I have to ask.

I agree, It is an EPIC car to look at. The owner is deffinitely not interested in selling. He hasnt owned it very long.

Considering how much you like these Cobras, i figured I'd share something with you i think you might enjoy 
I met this gentleman awhile back when i was getting my car dyno'd (he owns the dyno) and got to talking with him about his car collection...
They are all the same year, have all the same mods, all have less than 12k miles, he owns one of every color offered for that year, all convertible except one, and they are all in MINT condition! Maybe someday soon I'll be detailing all these Cobras and will get better photos for you all!
Check out the plates on each one too! Each one says "1 of xx" for however many were made in that color for that year! Lol
