Hey Guys! My name's Mike. I've been looking at the AGO forum for 3-4 months now and only recently decided to make my own account. I really enjoy looking at all the reviews of products, as well as being able to view the outstanding detailing jobs you perform! I myself only recently got myself a PC 7424XP along with lots of other stuff, so future detailing is a for sure! I just gotta wait for this horrible weather to pass by. Anyways, something on the side note, my father owns a 2002 Pontiac Trans am WS6 Convertible that is in definite need of some love after all these years. The poor thing has 32K miles on it and it deserves some pampering :D Especially it being black...on black...on black haha! But ill get into that on a different occasion since there is just so much to say about that. Im also getting my first car, a 2006 Eclipse GT (Black) this Saturday, so that will be something to really look forward to working on. Im looking forward to sharing my progress in learning this fine art of detailing along with gladly taking in any suggestions and tips! Below i'll try to put up a picture of my dads car for those of you that would like to see :)

Oh wow that not too far away! Its nice to know im not alone over here. Although judging by the majority of cars in the area, most seem to enjoy the horrid $3 dollar car washes quite a bit if you know what i mean :D

Cold and very snowy here in New England this year. Temps at 16 right now so detailing has slowed to a crawl...If it does warm up later on I'm heading to the car wash because the Jeep's covered with salt and grime from my road-trip on Sunday...

Temps went from 54 yesterday to 14 this morning!!

Welcome! I was forced to live in that cold cold state for 8 years. I left and came back home as fast as I could. Don't miss the weather (we hit 80s yesterday) but man I miss the food. Taylor street pizza and portillos! Mmmm Italian beef dry with cheese

Nice car Mike! I own a WS6 as well. Great cars, and you have to love the LS series engine.
 
Gotta bring that T/A out to our next Chicagoland detail day, come to think of it, time to make a thread for that soon, its getting close to that time again!
