Detailing Time Chart

First off, I just want to say thanks for these charts they make things much easier for me. Very clean and organized, and perfect to work with. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the dark borders of the chart so I can add more columns and rows. Thanks!

If you right click on where you want to add another column or row and select "insert" it will add additional columns and/or rows. Or, you can copy an entire column so all the formulas at the bottom stay intact.

Yes. I believe (without looking at the program) all you need to do is:

1. Highlight all the cells that are formatted for $ currency
2. Right click the highlighted area and choose "format cells"
3. Select numbers or currency (can't remember)
4. You will see an option to change the $ symbol to whatever you want (or to just leave it out entirely)

Thanks so much for sharing this, this is awesome. I was working on something like what you had done. I was noware near the amount of detail that you had done. I am working to prefect my length of time in doing jobs, this will help so much.:dblthumb2:

Im just starting out in the biz and ive been wondering how to price your work so i believe that this would be helpful. How can i get to see this?

Ive had similar idea formulating in my head for the past few weeks, but it didn't include a chart nor did I put the idea to paper/computer haha

I've updated the service time chart to be more useful.

Revisions for v2:

- More columns added for extra service offerings
- Services listed in more chronological order (as you would do them while delivering the service)
- More individual service processes listed
- More cost per hour calculations available
- Now calculates gross profit and gross margin percentage
- Includes product cost estimates
- Calculates total product costs per service
- Calculates costs of goods sold per service
- Probably has spelling errors
- Pretty colors
