Mike Phillips VIF or Vehicle Inspection Form

I love this form although I did change prices,removed mileage in out and fuel level, my shop repair system shows them this on the receipt, plus I wanted to add my logo on top, removed pages 6 & 7 also and only left what the 1,2 and 3 step process is about.so the customer can read and understand.

Again mike, I really appreciate you doing this for all of us
 
I want to Thank Mike for allowing all of us to use this form. This is just another great example of the way that AutoGeek treats it customers. They always offer great products and are always willing to help answer any questions about products. Thanks to Mike for all that he does!

Cool, glad to hear even a portion is working for you. This was my entire thinking, that is over-write, include more than anyone will need and let each person customize it so that it works best for their type and style of business.


I'll get the forms sent out to everyone that has requested, but for right now I have to go buff out a 1987 Monte Carlo with a bunch of other "car guys"...
