I caught up my Private Message requests for this form yesterday. Amazing how many people will take the time to send me a private message asking for the form and NOT include their e-mail.

Sure I can go to the Admin panel and look up their e-mail by using their forum nickname but that takes time and extra steps when all the person had to do was type in their e-mail address. But most don't


I think we need to start a thread with testimonies from people that have used this form to help them in their business. I know I get a few phone calls, PM's and e-mails from people telling me they use the form to educate their customer and it works.


I wonder how many people have a success story where they were helped by using this form?

I have and it has. I just got it, edited it and started using it. One of our customers appreciated the info and said they ordered your newest book. Thanks for always being willing to help us out.
