Sorry... been very busy....


Plus most people don't understand that I don't send out an "individual" e-mail to each person.

I gather dozens of e-mails from multiple touch point, like this thread, my normal e-mail, messages sent to me via Facebook, and then I create what's called a semi colon space separated e-mail list and then I send the form out to everyone on the list.

This takes time. I'm always busy. So apologies for the delay but being very busy is a great problem to have.


I'm compiling the list right now for the three mentioned sources and the form will go out today.

And please don't ask other people to send you MY WORK. It's really a lack of respect.

If you have replied twice to this thread or more times... then you'll probably get multiple e-mails as it's time consuming to read and monitor multiple posts and e-mail addresses when compiling lists so I just buzz through the replies in a MULTI-QUOTE format - create the list and then send out the form.


Sorry... but you really only need to reply to this thread ONE TIME and if you type in your e-mail address correctly and it's a real e-mail address then you'll get the form.

How can I get a copy

Well... I copied and pasted your forum nickname into a search field to find forum members via the Admin Panel and obtained your e-mail address. I do this for each person that replies to this thread and does not include their e-mail address.

Sorry for the delay in getting the form out just been crazy busy and it takes about an hour or more to do this type of multi-quoting PLUS extract e-mail addresses from the e-mails I get and the Facebook messages I get so I can get the form to everyone in a single e-mail.

You have to learn how to switch between the "Editor Mode" and the "WYSIWYG Mode" via your browser.

You can't do this from a phone or tablet.
