Lava extremely soft and only okay in my opinion. Especially after 6 months when there was mold growing in the tub! So it got tossed. I like CG 5050 Concours better overall. What were your thoughts of it?

Your GCSRT8 is looking great though! Kept the only the most important badge, I see.

That's nasty! And I've never used it but I plan on soon as well as some other waxes.

The detail looks great! My experience with Lava is its just not an enjoyable or rewarding product to apply. It's "grabby" and doesn't spread particularly well. Lava makes me not want to try any other LSPs from CG. I feel they really dropped the ball on that one. It's as good as a mid range sealant at best.

Yup. That's Lava. I watched CG's video where the guy said how easy it is to apply compared to "traditional paste waxes"... I'm not sure what paste waxes he was talking about, maybe Simonize wax from 1980, but Lava was not easy to apply.

I like a lot of CG products, but Lava makes me very leery of believing any of their hype over a new product.

pete's 53 and 50/50 are pretty awesome, i don't like lava or the black wax, but the two i mentioned kick butt imo...:dblthumb2:
