Will Autogeek PLEASE pick this item up?

I buy mine at a beauty shop supply store of all places. If they don't work well, at least they were cheap. They also have a selection of plastic bottles.

Hey AG staff, I've had issues with the 1 oz pump (ordered two and they both were really bad: leaked after pumping and one broke apart after 2 days). When asking for returns, I told the customer service person on the phone my issues and he said that the pump issue would "be brought up". Unfortunately, I don't think that the pump has been changed or taken down.

If you see AG's pump,....you see that it has 6 ratings, all 1 star. So I'm not the only one who feels this way.

AG, you guys are known for excellent car care products, help us out and stock THIS pump instead:

I've used it for the past 3 months and no issues. No leaking and works with very thick liquids too. All in all a much better unit. If I have to spend money on pumps, I'd rather do it here, so AG, please pick this up!

I would definitely buy like 10 of them lol :dblthumb2:

The crayola ones are great to and they don't leak, swanicyouth did a review on them and after watching the video I bought the same ones a pack of 4 for like $10.00 with no issues, shipping included. Thin or thick liquids it works great with both.

What we need to see (AG) when looking at this thread, at THESE replies..... is your most loyal members are saying,
H-E-L-P us to HELP you! :D

And Chris... I seriously, SERIOUSLY wanna' drive that GMC truck in your avatar! :dblthumb2:

I have the chemical guys version of this pump (same thing), and I have the same problems. It sucks. Leaked my v7 all over the place

Thankfully someone at GC refunded my $5 and told me just to keep the pump and use it for if I ever get a gallon of wax or polish (since those are thicker than liquid).

For you guys that mentioned crayola pumps from Walmart...is this what you are talking about? And they don't leak liquid prouducts?

I just ordered those, thanks for the link. The reviews are the only thing that kept me from purchasing the AG ones.

Let us know if the store will be stocking new pumps. I'd love to get a few that don't leak everywhere....

Now THAT is customer service! I just got my refund for the last pump I ordered that leaked everywhere. I will for AG to have the new pump in stock to place my order.
