Washpads & Washmitts? Swirls etc

I am looking into purchasing wash pads and or microfiber wash mitts...I noticed the large selection on this site. And I was wonder which of the Microfiber wash pads and mitts have you had great experience with, and if you so kindly could link me to them on the site. Also I know its hard to avoid swirls in general, but which of the pads and or mitts seem to avoid causing swirls the most?

Also has anyone tried out the Adams professional wash pads and or dr. Beasleys wash pads? And if so do you have any feedback of your experiences?

I use the LC blue grout sponge, its cheap(5$) and really great at picking up dirt. I havent seen any marring from it so far.
 
It's more about your procedure than what mitt you are using.

1. Rinse well with a pressure washer first (hose doesn't remove as much dirt)

2. Use 2 bucket method or GDWM

3. Work from the top of each panel down (more dirt on lower areas)

4. Use a wash mit / sponge that can be "flipped". Flip halfway through the panel.

5. Use Grit Guards

6. Use a separate towel to clean really dirty areas. Don't place back in wash solution.

My favorites:
Carpro wool wash mitt
Adams Merino wash mitt
Adams wash pad 12 inch.

All of these are very soft and very safe.
Also another tip, if you have access to a pressure washer and can foam cannon your vehicle, that will also reduce the amount of contaminants providing a safer wash.
Look into safe drying methods as well, I believe there's just as much chance to swirl the paint when drying as washing.

I use the LC sponge on lower parts of the car where there might be more caked on dirt.

For wash mits, this Megs is my favorite and has held up wash after wash.

I have 3 of the cobra chenile ones and all of them are falling apart.
 
I use the "Wookies Fist" Dodo Juice mitt. Merina wool. It takes more time to maintain, but well worth it.
 
I have a Cobra Micro Chenille that I've been using once a week for over 6 months. I gets machine washed every other week and it looks as good as the day I got it.
 
Cobra micro chenilles. Gold for top panels and purple for lower panels. I first foam the car with DP foam. Dwell for 5 minutes. Power wash then do my two buckets with my gold and purple microfiber chenille wash mitts.
 
I'll throw in another vote for the $6 megs MF mitts. No marring as far as I can tell so far.

I use them more like a sponge than a mitt. That is, I grasp it in my hand rather than wearing it.

I own 6 of these mitts for different panels/areas on my car and the wife's car.
 
Merino wool wash mitt for the upper 2/3rds of the car and a Cobra micro chenille mitt for the bottom 1/3rd.
 
I like the carpro merino wool mitt, but any merino wool mitt will be great. Do not ever get the cg fake sheepskin mitt. They marr soft paint. :(
