Thanks Marc. I wanted to build up some anticipation with everyone about this product. I hope I came through to everyone's expectation on the write up.
I really love the way I have my car set up. I am a big fan of the OEM+ look. It can be a PITA to keep black clean out here. Thankfully they both sleep in the garage most of the time.
BF SRC finishing polish would be more of a comparison to say SF4000. These are both DAT products. I honestly dont know how I would compare them. Its like apples to oranges. Both work really well just have a different experience.
Pardon me but im going for a swim in some black paint.... BRB. Lol
07 with 2 miles on it. He NEVER drives it. Lol.. with a gloss like that I would keep it in my garage too .. haha
Awesome review Mike, and that's a great looking 335i. Is that a 07 or 08?

I don't know about Las Vegas but here in Phoenix, we occasionally get wind gusts and that alone makes a black car look brown because of all the dust/sand that sits on the car.Even if the car sits on the garage, driving or going out for a day will make the car look very dirty.
LOL when I got the TSX I hardly drove it. Its a 2010 with less than 25k.
I do regret not getting a CPO 2009 335i though.
Nice and black. I like the special license plate but the font is a tad hard to read.
Excellent review Mike - you have the best looking 335 I've ever seen. :dblthumb2:
With the way you have accentuated your BMW's inherent flowing profile...I don't know about Las Vegas but here in Phoenix, we occasionally get wind gusts and that alone makes a black car look brown because of all the dust/sand that sits on the car.![]()
Same here Marc. It has been really windy and dusty started late Sunday night.
Thanks, Mike, for presenting another excellent example of your detailing prowess...
along with sharing yet another excellent LSP product for: "the icing on the cake"<<<(M.P.)!
And... as far as this goes:
With the way you have accentuated your BMW's inherent flowing profile...
It now has not only the guts, but the grace to deliver a whirlwind driving experience.
Keep up the good work!
Bob
That's seriously an awesome post, Bob!!!!
Great job! What did you use on the tires?

Love looking at your Bimmer, Mike.
IS that the mtech corona rings?
Thanks Dhaval. I do to. Have you noticed that BlackICE gives the finish almost a black chrome sheen to it? Kinda like the black chrome BF bottles.
They are factory headlight assemblies with the rings. I just changed the bulb out from the factory yellowish light to the bright blue light.
Yes you are correct on the black chrome comment. I am on day 20 and the look has not changed a bitrops:
When this stuff is on sale I am buying a second one....My poor BFMS might start collecting dust now![]()
Man! Reviews like this are going to get me in so much trouble with the wife… What beautiful results! Question: Mike is your E90 Jet Black or Black Sapphire Metallic? I’ve been searching for the perfect regiment for my 09 BSM E93 garage queen. BlackFire BlackICE has moved to the top of my wish list.
Wow Mike, very nice write-up... you after my job?
Excellent information, formatted to be easy to read. Excellent pictures showing, before, process and after results, and excellent beauty shots.
This is a text book example of a pro grade write-up.
Thank you for taking the time to put down your tools, stop working and take pictures of this project and then thank you for all the time it takes to process the pictures, add the text and create a write-up that will inspire and help others into the future...
Nice work.
