Detailed Detail: '08 Shelby GT500KR

Im glad that you were compensated somehow and the fact that is was for a friend that appreciates your hard work dosent go un-noticed.

A Nikon D3100 or D3200 is a fantastic beginners dslr. The latter being the updated version of the 3100.

I have a D3200 and I absolutley love it! You can set it on full auto mode and let it do its thing as you learn the features of the camera.
I'll definitely take your word for it and look into the D3200! Do you have an idea of what a good price is for something of that caliber?
Very nice and through detail!!! I love seeing all the pictures showing the before/after of every panel. You really captured the swirls well.
Thank you man! I did the best I could with my Razr! lol
Very nice work ! Great attention to details !

Now I know that I am not the only making noise in a garage in the early morning hours.
Us detailers have issues man! I'm happy to know I am not alone either!

If you wanted some cheaper you could also look at 4/3 cameras. Less less flexibility but cheaper, smaller, and picture quality is closer to a dslr than a point and shoot. I love my lumix gf-3, cost 300 with a 14-42mm lens.

OOOOOOHHHHHHH! Got ya! Yikes! That a solid days work to say the least.
Ohhhh yeah it was! I had some fun on that one!
A D3200 starts at $589 or so. I got mine from Best Buy for $599.
Oh ok that doesn't sound too bad!
I have the same camera. Its quite nice for the $$$.
Defintely gonna lok into this!

$300 sounds a little better! I'll look into this as well! Thanks for the advice guys!

great job. I imagine Ford releasing a 50th anniversary mustang and maybe a 50th anniversary Shelby

Don't imagine but plan on a 50th Anniversary Mustang. Shelby did their 50th Anniversary package back in 2012 on the GTS, GT350, and GT500 Super Snake, but that was through Shelby and not Ford. Ford didn't really start taking control till 1967 so we're still a few years away from that anniversary when the GT500 came out.

Well documented. Such a beautiful car and you did work! Looks incredible.

Awsome! Both the car and the job done on it!

One word: AMAZING!!
Thank you Roshan! I really wanted to try out that New BFBI wax you sent me but didn't have any paint to try it on :(
Thanks again for the sample! Much appreciated!

All I can say is what an inspiration! Beautiful car and fantastic detailing. Enjoyed every Low Res photo.

What an incredible write up and awesome car. Dude, you went all the way. Door jams looked great, paint correction couldn't have been better. You treated everything from the dash to the weather stripping. Only thing I would say is get yourself and better detail brush with a plastic or rubber band. The metal one looks bad in pics.

Great job man! Here's a Shelby I did a while back.

Thank you for the comments and advice!

I've been wanting to replace that particular brush... Any suggestions?
