Meguiar's Back to Black on White Paint

Appreciate all the suggestions. Today I gave the car a good wash/wax, and decided to try some Meguiar's Ultimate Compound (polish) on the black marks since I already had some in the garage. Came off easily with a few scrubs. So, the polish worked!

Well that's a good thing then. (Although... UC isn't a "polish", it's a compound.) ;)

Maybe because you see more boats that are oxidized and faded rather than cars on the road? Idk, just a thought. But I've read on here where someone contacted the chemists at Duragloss and they said that all their products contain UV protection.

I keep reading that but until it's in writing it doesn't exist. Once they put it in writing they have a legal obligation to put it in.

This made me go down and look at my DG stuff, the 111 says "Ultra Violet protection formula" and 151 says "UV Enviroshield protection formula" on the front of the boxes. 501 says "UV Resistant Sunscreen Formula" on the front of the bottle. AW and 105 don't seem to say anything about UV on the bottles.

Haha...yeah, it is. They do advertise it as a method of polishing on their site though before you apply a wax. It got rid of the sun spots on my hood...not that they show up all that much on white.

It's the AW I am most concerned about.
