Detailed: 2012 BMW F30 328i - Alpine White

Damn marc hella nice job.
What did you think about fuzion on white?

Thanks a lot man!

I think it looks great! But I also feel that any sealant/wax would look as good because the paint was polished to a high gloss.

Fantastic job you did. it Looks gorgeous. I don't know about the owner but if that were me I would so pissed if I had to put 15hrs of work into my brand new car.

Thank you so much, dorkiedoode!! Yeah it's ridiculous how bad it looks for the car being a year old.

What speed did you use with the Rupes?

I used 4.5-5.

Nice job Marc. Thats o good looking white BMW

Wow you put in some hard work there Marc! I have had good luck with PowerFinish as a one step as well. It really is a nice product. I hear that the new version might not have as much cut as the older version though.

Car looks fantastic Marc! I like the write up as well, just the right amount of information. I need to take a lesson from you!

Nice work on the BMW Marc. Now it looks like it supposed to after having a spa treatment by you.

I cant believe im seeing you use Menzerna. I almost fell off my chair.

Thanks, Thoryamaha! I was never really a fan of the F30s but it's starting to grow on me. The interior quality is top notch though.

Thank you so much for the compliments, Drew! I really put in my all for the allotted time.

What pads and polisher do you use Power Finish with? I've heard that too but I'm happy with how PF2500 is cutting.

Thank you, Richard!!! I appreciate the comment about the detail and the write-up. I like doing write ups as much as I like reading them.

LOL!!! Dude, it should be the other way around. I need to learn from a detailing guru like you!!!

Thank you so much, Mike!!! It came out looking sweet. Pictures don't do the gloss and depth of this car justice. I couldn't believe how it looked especially with the car being white. The owner was blown away as well.

LOL! I've used Menz before. :)

Definitely made my day Mike. Thank you.

Great work Marc!!!

Excellent documentation to...it's hard to capture defects in white and you did an awesome job at it!:dblthumb2:

Very nice Marc! Those rims actually dont look that bad on white. The local dealer had those on a red one.

Thank you so much for the compliments, Chad! Means a lot coming from you! I'm sure I wouldn't be able to do this without all your help! :D

Oh yeah.....how are you like the Prep Towel? :)

I really haven't had much experience with it. This car had very little contamination so it was easy to do. I don't want to say anything until I encounter a car with very heavy bonded contaminants. But I can definitely see how it can speed up the claying process and that's the main reason why I got it.

Thanks a lot, Dhaval! The owner wants to get ride of the red stripe and I totally agree with him.

DAYUM..... looks wet. Awesome job!!

Thank you, Mach1USMC!

Wow! that looks great. At the risk of offending others, I've gotta say I don't think I've seen better 50/50 correction on white paint. I would definitaly bring my audi to you if I lived near you.

Thank you so much for the kind compliments, woppy!

First off, that's one good looking car.

Second off, you did an amazing job on that car. No wonder people take their cars to you. :awesome:

Thanks a lot, BlackThundah! I appreciate it.

Very nice work!! I think I am gonna test out those microfiber cutting discs now.

Thanks a lot 530inv!

You should go to Mike's and see it in action.
