I had a referral call me about his 8 year old Jeep Rubicon. We decided to do a 1 step and then an LSP since it was already in good condition. I tried a few things but settled on D300 followed up by WG spray sealant. The car is lifted and he is selling the current wheels on it so he only wanted them cleaned and not treated.

No before shots as it was early, cold and I had forgotten to pull the camera out. The engine received a once over using Chemical Guys All Clean +. I love this APC. No follow up on the bay after the APC. The interior got a vacuum and was cleaned with VLR. Some pics for your viewing pleasure.

Before and After on the fog lamp. This was cleaned and then treated with PERL at 1:1

Vinyl top was cleaned up with an off brand Ragg Top product provided by the customer, the stuff actually worked very well.

It is a mean one for sure!

It is bold and vivid for sure.

Lookin good.

What rotary is in the picture?

That my friend is the top of the line from Harbor Freight. I mainly use mine for boats that I find myself doing more often now. Coupled with a Megs SOLO pad and LC wool it is a great combo that produces stunning results

Great job.

I have a feeling that the PERL 1:1 is going to run really bad when it rains, at least that's my experience with it on plastic. I love it on tires though!

How'd you like detailing in all those tight spaces on that jeep? My girlfriend has one and I hate cleaning it lol. Mainly those stupid door hinges.

good question. I recently got a bottle of Sonax Hybrid Paint Cleaner and using a MF towel I was able to really make those tight spaces shine nice. AG doesnt have it but I know Sonax is now offering it state side.

Looks Great ! What product did you use on the fog light housing?

The Jeep looks gorgeous, I love the color! :props:

The Jeep Wrangler line has to be one of the most PIA vehicles to detail due to all of the "obstacles" to mask off.....

Bobby indeed it was. The customer paid for a wash n wax but I gave him more. In the tight areas I used the Sonax Hybrid paint cleaner by hand so I did not have to mask off at all in this instance

Newbie so what is PERL?
