Wheelwells

What I use to clean wheel wells doesn't require you to jack up the car or turn the wheels - no matter how low the car is...I use APC and the 2 largest Wheel Woolies. Really, the largest Wheel Woolie is all you need.

You put the thick part of the WW in under the fender gap - near the ground - and work your way up. Since the handle on the WW is very thin, it allows you to angle it all over the place. Then, work around the circle outline of the wheel and pull it down and out the other side. Works better than anything I've tried when clearance is an issue.
