Hey guys/gals,

Wondering if any of you put a FAQ section on your webpage, and if you do would you mind posting it. I'm trying to get a feel for a FAQ section and what needs to be there and what doesn't. All help is much appreciated, And if not a site what Faqs without going crazy would you include that's short and too the point?

I don't have one don't feel I really need one I have a about page thats it.

Ok, I'm just trying to think of some things to do that don't cost a dime that are good for business. I went today and bought an invoice book, 2x 24 pack pro force sams club MF towels for some general interior cleaning/wheels. And also got an agenda book to keep some dates in.

If you build a lengthy FAQ page I promise you the only people who will ever read through the entire thing are your competitors.

When looking over my site analytics the average visit duration is extremely short. People spend less than 60 seconds on each page and never see every page on the site. I see people going from the homepage, direct to services, and then bounce.

Avg. Visit Duration 00:01:43
Pages / Visit 2.32

Hopefully these figures can provide insight into your website planning. :xyxthumbs:

Nick, Thanks fella. I too have the %'s and it seems only 30% stay longer than a minute but avg visit length is only 42 seconds.

I have one. When customers call I can tell that they have already looked through the page.

This is a good and bad thing to me. I don't currently have one but the reason for that is that I don't want to give potential clients so much information that I don't get a chance to sell them on certain aspects of detail myself.

The downside of not having one is that believe it or not most people that go to my website read almost every word it seems. Sometimes they will shock me by knowing parts I can't even remember off the top of my head.

You can't go wrong with one, but just make sure it doesn't have so much information it seems like your starting an auto detailing information website.
