Can you mix FG400 with FS4000?

Hi All,

I have seen some people mention that they add some D300 to m105 to make it a little more user friendly.

Can the same be done to FG400?

FG400 is so easy to use by itself. No need to mix. It is no where near as finicky as M105.

Some have no issues with M105, and God bless their hearts.

Many others must wait for the moons to align correctly to use M105 without issues. Or resort to QD misting, KB method, mixing with D300, ect.

For me FG400, M101 and M100 has put M105 into permanent retirement.

I use Kevin Brown method with M105 and have no issues beyond dusting which isn't a problem because I just wash the car after I'm done anyways.

I don't think you want to mix those two together. I have some problems with the FG400 turning into little balls on the pad. Wierd issue.
