parked under a tree now have spots

hello, I have a weird looking tree in my back yard, had to park there for a while since the kid in the area were cutting tires. I would go ut and see work droppings on the car and water marks. especially after it rains there would be a milky haze on the car.
I washed and wax and now I have these. I don't know how to get them out.

Looks like some tree sap. May want to wash, clay the area, wash, compound, polish, and wax.
