Hi guys, PS SSR2 Swirl remover is on sale and I could sure use a swiirl remover. Some questions:
  1. First, is this a affective product
  2. How will this work with M205 and M21
Please share your knoowledge.

SSR2 works better with softer paints. It is a pretty nice product that works well in direct sunlight. SSR2 has diminishing abrasives in it that when broken down properly produce a very nice finish that often times can be wax/sealant ready.

The problem with trying to use SSR2 on harder clears is that the abrasives (being worked against the hard paint) will fully break down before the swirls and other defects are removed.

SSR2 is very effective if you use it with the right paint system. If you have hard paint then it will be very ineffective. It will produce a nice shine on harder paints but defect removal will be minimum at best.

M-205 will cut and finish better than SSR2 when working on harder paint systems. What are you working with as far as a paint system is concerned? Year , make , model , hard or soft paint?

First, thanks for your help, I have:
2010 Toyota Corolla LE (if the LE matters )
But how do you know if the car has hard or soft paint? I was thinking of purchasing this product for use on customers cars that have spiderwebs, or should I go to Megs swirl remover?

Japanese car manufacturers usually have softer paint and German brands usually have harder paint...however exceptions may still apply to either.
