PB Blackhole remove LSPs?

I have 2 coats of Blackfire WD on my black Mustang right now and I'm wondering if I need to strip that off before applying Blackhole? Or will the abrasives and cleaners in Blackhole remove the coats of Wet Diamond?

BlackHole is not a substitute for a paint cleaner, as in "stripping LSPs" it doesn't have any abrasives or cleaners. PB's says it can "clean dirt out if swirls" - whatever that means, I think it's just by mechanic movement. But its not meant to remove your old LSP. Look into Prima Amigo.
