Son1c 's Home Brew Carnauba Wax - ProtoWax -> Picture Heavy

Wow , great Drew !

I m not a pro with waxes but I m getting there slowly mate ! lol

But I wont homebrew mine , too much work ! lol

Keep it on mate .
You will be then soon enough!
Haha it is quite an endeavor
One question SONIC man , what are your synthetics &/or natural waxes mate , #s wise . so 38s must be all natural then real quick .
31-34 were synthetic, most of 40-50 were hybrids, 53 is almost completely synthetic, but that's not my focus right now as the natural route has my interest peaked! But I will produce a synthetic and hybrid down the road
Just waxed my mother s CTS with some #38R , great results , did buffed it off with some Sonax BSD spreaded lightly on mf towel, it was easier that way than the first attempt .
glad it's getting better for you! :D

Thanx mate ! Next time I ll have the wax heated in a sauce pan with water , it will soften the wax , will be easier on my
shoulders & elbows ! lol

Would like the hybrids I guess . Your full natural waxes must be based a bit on Dodo s hard wax as Light Fantastic real quick .

Oops , it s Diamond White one hard wax example .

Infiniti restored by Detailing Collective of Northern Virginia paint was enhanced and protected by Son1c Wax ProtoWax 54

A lot of feedback has been coming out from the sample pots sent out and I am actively pursuing enhancing the wax and it's performance, one of the main concerns was that it was too hard and hard to transfer onto applicators, this is being corrected and 38 vs 54 are a night and day difference / improvement towards a softer wax that spreads even better ( but mind this is still a hard wax -- just soft in comparison to 38, as many know carnauba is hard and this is packed full of it! ) but the recent testers have had zero complaints on transferring the wax to the applicator whereas prior it was an issue

Also the official containers and lids arrived last week ;) :D

Uh ! wow , great progresses mate ! I see that you re getting very serious about it man ! Keep it on fella ! #55 already !

Thanx for sharing Drew , how does it compare to #38 mate , I guess #54s based on 38 right ! Is it a little bit easier to spread & to remove .

Keep it on mate .

54 is a refined version of 38, it is much easier to transfer to the applicator, it does not cake the applicator as some had that issue with 38, due to the easier transfer removal is improved however being a 100% natural wax it's a bit harder in comparison with petroleum competition (99% of waxes)

Update 27

Testing has been taking place with 54-58 in the ProtoWax line
The top label has been finalized and ordered
The side label is being finalized
The 57 and 58 Protowax's are a variation of ProtoWax 40, which is not my favorite but the favorite of several testers, so that is seeing some further testing and development
