My most favorite tool in my whole detailing arsenal. More than my polishers, more than my waxes, I love my mini vacuum.

Its just a little attachment that goes on my 4hp wall mount vacuum. Itll suck up ANYTHING.

Its from chemical guys and the vacuum is a "vac n blow" the big powerful wallmount not the portable. The little portable is nice and tiny but lacks that pulling power.

What did you use to clean the emblems? I'm eager to know

I used a brush and some CG All Clean citrus first. Then I used a q tip and some polish (CG V38) and massaged away the oxidation and residue. Then applied some sealant with a q tip so he doesn't have this problem again.

(and advised him not to wax over that emblem)

A drop dead gorgeous car, I sit here drooling in envy!

If I had some serious money on tap, this is one mode of transportation I'd have in my Garage.

Be-uutiful work on the turnaround, black is without a doubt the hardest of all to make look good.
PS: sorry to see the Caymaro sitting there like a lonely "orphan"? LOL

My poor Camaro. :(

I actually prefer working on black cars. I HATE working on white. I like to be able to easily see my scratches and swirls so I can fix them, rather than relying on the color of the car to hide them.

Nice work! :xyxthumbs:

What did you use for the correction?

Beautiful work. And a great shop.

I miss my Ducati...

What finishing polish did you use ?

I used CG V36 with a dot of V34 from time to time and a cutting pad.
(for those that don't know, V36 is a polish and V34 is a compound)

And then finished with V38, a jewelers grade polish.

I thoroughly enjoy V38 as a final polish.

V36 is nice too....but V34 is just kind of "funny" to use.

I chose to use a cutting pad with the polish to get a little more cutting action without using a heavy compound. Worked out well.
