I ran over some paint and got it all over my tire and some splashed onto my car. What's the safest way to get rid of this paint without damaging any of my cars clear coat or paint?

Try paint cleaning lotion like pinnacle or clay and lube. Either should work. Just reseal or wax the area.

Regular Nail Polish Remover- I have done this a number of times

Isopropyl alcohol dissolves latex paint. It also removes car wax so you will need another coat of wax. Won't hurt your paint.

Depends how much youre talkin here.

for a lot NAPTHA can work wonders...

for small dots just a clay bar and lube

I ended up just using isopropyl alcohol and rubbing really hard. It took all the paint off but it took a lot of elbow grease. It also left some residue that wouldn't come off with a wash so I had to polish the spots after as well.
