How does the warranty work? You send the stuff back on the 23rd month and tell them that your car does not look good or that is it not beading the way you like and they will automatically return your money, no questions asked. (assuming that they are still in business)

I would really like to know. If that the answer, then it may well be worth the money.

Listen, I am a big skeptic, I just find it hard to believe that you wipe something on your car and it will last two years thru weather , washing and what ever else. But you never know, Edison invented the light bulb, people did not believe that it could be done. He, however, proved it.
Everyone is defending the product. That is great, call me in two years.

You guys are talking about different products. Cquartz which is available to anyone will not last all that much longer than a normal sealant.

I hope you are wrong about this. I purchased CQuartz (regular) and was told it would last 2 years

I have had 22ple on my personal vehicle for just shy of 1 year and it is as glossy and hydrophobic as the first day I have applied it.

I personally do not plan to let it get to the 2 year mark because I will most likely polish the car in the next few months, but I have no trouble believing it will hold up for at least another 6-12 months.

(I know that is a different product than Cquartz, but the logic is the same)

Don't worry Flash, If you follow my tips and don't get two years I have you covered. You just let me know if you have any issue. I talk to a lot of detailers that use regular CQ and it does last very well. I personally had it on my tester car about 2 years and a good friend and reputable detailer had it over two years beading great in "up north Midwest" weather.

If you saw two years on your own car, then it may well be worth the expense. No one I know has seen last any more than 6 good months.
However, you still to wash the car every week and some people talk about putting a wax topping over this stuff. Why?

I am only interest in the word of an owner of a car, who is not in the detailing business and has no vested interest in saying the this stuff lasts two years. If that is you and your car had application that lasted two years then I would say the extra money is well worth it. Otherwise, I remain unconvinced

I am just that guy, I am not in the detailing business and have no vested interest in saying the stuff will last 2 years. So that being said I will be sure to report back on the durability of the product ever 6 months. And I am sorry, it was actually CQuartz Finest that Rich put on my car and like someone else here said I am sure he did a great job.
