Just got some new microfibers from AMMONYC, used them today while detailing a friend's car, worked fine, feel great, but I gave them a hand wash today and two cycles on low tumble dry, no fabric softener or scent sheets, and the corners of the two towels I washed are kind of unraveling, exposing the white fabric under the borders. Is this something to consider defective?

You seem to have bad luck with detailing stuff. Your LSP's don't last, now your towels are dying. :(

LOL. To be honest, I've taken a huge step back from detailing. Although, today a friend and I detailed his 2012 Mustang 5.0, nice grey color, we washed it, iron x, clay, one step polish, and sealed with 3M Performance Finish. My car is really filthy from all the rain, gotta clean it up real nice.

So far the 3M appears to be holding up way better through tough rain and driving through it. The MPL just seems to be failing me lately. Not sure why. I'm just trying to keep things simple lately.
