Anyone ever done an aluminum trailer?

Got a 40' black trailer to do. Got some Klasse AIO to do it with. Any suggestions?
 
Im going at it with a PC DA and foam pads. Ill post before and after pics when I'm done....see how it turns out!
 
Just a word of caution...the paint on aluminum trailers is uber THIN
Don't expect perfection.

Test spot with the AIO to dial in the pad and make sure not to let the pad get too hot. I would not even worry about trying to play with other compounds. AIO is the way to go :props:
 
Ok here's my results.

Took a good 5-6 hrs with the Klasse AIO.

Pad got gummed up BAD about every TWO rotations!!! It was terrible. Orange pad? I think not. Black.

Now I will say the Klasse AIO left 'streaks' behind that drove me completely nuts. I thought I was using too much product but tried less, then way less and got the same results. Still not sure why. I had to clean the pad often as it gummed up rapidly on the PC DA.

Any idea what caused the streaking?
 
Great results on that trailer mate ! Must ve been a pain to do right !
 
Thanks! Yes it was a pain....the worst part was the streaks...don't know why
