Wash n Wax the dog?

I got a call and under cut myself on a wash n wax that turned into a PITA but I powered through it. The car belongs to the owner of a LARGE towing company locally. He asked I do an interior and exterior. I still get a kick out of clients who work in the auto industry and then cut me when I try to explain what a paint correction is. " c'mon man, clay bar is all the car needs to be corrected."

Sure buddy, just pay cash and I can gitr' done. I get to do his SRT Challenger on Friday for a wash n wax because he was pleased with the my work

As usual I was in a hurry because a 2 hour wash n wax turned into a 4 hour affair.. I have never seen this much dog hair in a vehicle. It was gross but the Shop vac doesn't play games so I spent 1.5 hours picking up the dog hair from every nook and cranny. Pics are limited but this gives you an idea of the mess.

The exterior is decent at best with clear failure all over the hood but I made it shine! Enough rant, on to specs and pics

Exterior
- CG Mr Pink soap for wash
- Pinnacle Bug/Tar sponge
- Megs D120 on all glass
- ONR for jambs
- CG Blue wheel cleaner
- Blackfire Tire Shine, stuff is really nice!
- Mixture of Megs D156, WG Spray Sealant and CG V7 on different panels. Why you ask? Wanted to see if he noticed any differences until his maintenance wash

Interior
- Blackfire Interior Cleaner/Protectant
- Megs D120 for glass and mirrors

What the dog hair?! Great job Matt. LOL you can only provide what the customer's want. I'm sure there's more where that came from.

Did you use anything in particular to get the dog hair out?
 
Surprising. I use 3 different types of tools for pet dander.

I have extras. Will give to you when we meet up this weekend.
 
Did you find a dog under all that hair? LOL!

My daughter has a van just like that, only nowhere near that shiny. If she didn't live 4 hours away, and it sat for more than a hour, I'd clean it up for her.
 
I know i had to deal with that dog hair ones on this ladys SUV. OMG first time i spend close to an hour on each seat and bottom footing. I would not believe Black interior with White dog hair all over the place. Yikes! Sometimes I don't understand how the owners can be so careless...

I asked him if he wanted his dog back after I unloaded the vac lol

I want more careless owners, allows me to keep the income rolling but I know what your saying :xyxthumbs:
