opinion on a harbor freight generator

what is your opinion on a harbor freight generator? 4000 watt. powered by a predator engine. priced at $340. i would be running my porter cable 7424xp and my shop vac from the generator. would i be ok with this generator or would i be "getting what i paid for" in this case?

I bought a 5500 watt that 7 years ago to run my trailer and some battery chargers at the rece track. It runs an ac unit, a refrigerator, it directly charges bothe trailer batteries and the one in the truck, and either a microwave or two battery chargers. The thing is bullet proof. I change the oil once a year and we run it for approximately 20 hours a week 30-35 weeks a year.
