McCulloch Steamer - Partial Review

Looks like they have a whole new website and more products that are even better.

Anyways, here is the difference between the original brush and a brand new one that came as a replacement. (well they feel like the same stiffness)

Thanks for posting this. I contacted McCulloch about the melting brushes and they are sending some replacements. I was also told that the brushes shouldn't melt if you spray first and then brush, but don't do both at the same time, which is exactly what I discovered. I have no idea why they don't include this info in the manual.

This is really nice and reassuring to see. A company that not only stands behind their products, but sends you a replacement, AND eventually decides to re-engineer their brush to make it less prone to melting. That's cool.

I can't recall the name right now, but there's another steamer in the market, even on Amazon, and it's WAY less than the McCulloch, but is the EXACT same machine, with a different color plastic shell and logo printed on the plastic of course - but they are clones manufactured at the same factory even. I've been seeing this a lot over the years, kind of like Toyota and Lexus - on a smaller scale, haha.

I own this steamer. It's made my Wagner and I got it for a steal on Amazon one day for $50 shipped...CRAZY !!!

I gotta give props to McCullough though. I called to order one of their triangle head attachements since my Wagner did not come with one. It was out of stock and on backorder. They offered to send it to me for free including shipping. Top Notch company.
