I contacted Ford on the Phone today and they are sending a note to the dealer. I really don't expect much but I want to know I'm not satisfied. I ordered the (1) Stripe for now. There is a great local guy that is doing the install. It will do for now. Down the road I might have them...

I gave up trying to work with the dealer. I found a good local guy to replace the stripe. The Ford authorized part is $148. Not sure what the labor is going to be just yet. I wrote the owner of Woody Anderson Ford as well about my concerns and lack of response. I'm sure nothing will come of...
