Well I know that a cover won't help against the elements like rain and can do serious damage with wind (wind battering the paint with a car cover)...but won't the cover do some damage with the dust and dirt between the cover and the paint.

This is a serious question that I deal with weekly...so I am turning to ya'll for an answer.
My Firehawk is garaged every day of it's life. Granted there is still dust and particles that get on the paint inside the garage. But I digress....

I was lucky enough to buy my car a little while ago with only 22,060 miles on it. Everything was fairly easy to clean...however, there were some spots that were difficult.

Crawl under there with a few wash mits, a few rags for the suspension components and a bucket of soapy water.
I actually enjoyed getting soaking wet cleaning her underside.

What is the best way to care for your car inbetween waxes?
I know that washing after rains and stuff like that...but what about daily care to keep your car shining?
