How to care for Titanium exhaust tips??

Hey guys, been awhile since I posted. Moved to Germany back in August with the Air Force, and bought a 2019 Golf R US Spec with 13k miles! Pretty much my affordable dream car, always wanted one. ANYWAYS the mods have begun, and one of the purchases was a Milltek Exhaust with titanium tips...

First time detailing. My apologies, but I have to ask the questions

Please don’t use the 105, yes it used to be the go-to but there’s so many better products out now. Heck even the Griots Fast Correcting Cream is a solid heavy compound. The issue you’re going to run into rather quickly is the lack of power the G9 has, grab a G15 when you can budget it and you’ll...

Doing a paint correction. Couple questions

Did you pay for a correction or a polish and seal? Maybe talk to the shop that did the work and explain it’s not up to your standards. What machine/pads do you have?

    Griots ceramic all in one

Well I finally used my bottle today on a hammered 2013 Range Rover, using my G15/G13 and orange pads I can’t believe the level of correction I got. I will say that it does build up in the pad and requires a blowout after each pass, I did swap pads every 2ish panels. My bottle had the standard...

    Griots Garage ceramic glass cleaner

I’ve found that after using dedicated glass towels, 2 each, I then chase with a Costco yellow towel and it hasn’t left any haze/streaks.

Best way to clean around emblems

MAN!!! I had a bad day with that wheel few years back, customer told me that he was washing his car and one of his emblems fell off the fender when his wash mitt hit it. So he asked me to removed the rest prior to a correction and coating, I also had one of them fall off. So removed both fenders...

what air compressor size needed to blow out pads?

As your starting out it’ll work fine, but after awhile you’ll tire of hearing it constantly going. Thats when you’ll upgrade to a bigger one, I just upgraded from my 6 gallon last summer to a 26gal and life is so much better.
