Please tell me you used some sort of polish, paint cleanser, or clay before washing your car and taking that picture. Because if you reapplied PNS over an old application of PNS using this method, I think your shortcut method might be showing it's ineffectiveness. There is a lot of water left...
DUB Wheel Cleaner also works great on stubborn rust spots on vinyl siding. Tried a number of different CLR type products that never worked. I would guess Iron-x and Sonax would work also.

Maybe your right. I was looking at the CarPro web site on "Cquartz UK". For CQUK, it says to wait a "minimum" one hour before layer.
" - Can also be layered: Allow 1 hour minimum wait time after buffing to allow cure before applying another coat."
I interpret that to be anytime after one...
I applied CQUK this weekend (70 deg) and the results were hazy. I applied too slow, thin and waited too long to wipe off.
I stripped and reapplied. This time I used more product on the pad, applied faster, and removed immediately after completing a section (e.g. half a hood, one door). Results...
