    Discerning Paint Chip Touch-Up; Not for Everyone or Every Chip

    I know this is an older thread but I could use some help if possible. I have this on my hood, about the size of a quarter. I have no idea what caused it or how to fix it. Any ideas short of having the hood repainted? I can take care of the chip (white spot) but the circular area?
