The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

What is your car rated at in the quarter mile?
13.0-13.4 @105-110 w/2.1 69 ft times. This isn't a drag car, it's made for a track with turns and crests, LOL and yet it flies at the 1320. In Mexico the car is limited to 155 mph, not sure why because it has Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, proper suspension and fully functional aero!

Not bad at all. Probably would have been a very good race.

I woke today feeling like crap, tired, depressed. I find this happens often when I don't have definite plan for the day. Most would relish the thought of a day of nothingness, I hate that feeling.

I grabbed a handful of keys and started driving.

Blue was first and joy of joys, my favorite road was ready for me again after being resurfaced a few months ago. Observation 1, it doesn't take much to cook at set of standard Falcon brakes.

I got home, and thought lets do this! I uncovered the XR8 and made my way back to the road. Now my smile was coming back, the XR8 was on song today, the cool autumn air too it's liking. Observation 2, I figured out how to make the exhaust make a succession of pops, stay above 3,000rpm and gently tap tap tap the throttle, the exhaust then pops away to utter joyousness. (These cars have a valved bi-modal exhaust, fully open at idle, partially closed till 3,000rpm before being fully open beyond 3,000rpm)

To get the XR8 out meant moving the Mustang (please, no Castle references please, I hate that movie), so while I was on a roll it got a run along my road too. Observation 3, I love the short gearing in the MT82.

I'm also thinking CarPro Perl is better suited to these PS4S's.

It's not often I drive these three back to back, or see these two parked next to one another.

I got into the XR6 feeling like s..t and got out of the Mustang feeling much better. So what started as a dark day for me, turned into a series of pleasant moments. Never give up, keep moving and keep moving forward!

While I was in the process of changing the oil on the GT 350 I had to move the 67. Turns out I still have a transmission leak.....which will require the removal of the transmission....

Hopefully the wife can drive it a little bit before it goes under the knife.

I also got license plates for the GT 350, so hopefully I can drive it this week!

Saw this ute today, sounds too much like hard work. Still, I bet it's mostly heavy duty pressure washer work. I can't imagine you would have to polish or ceramic coat a lot of diggers.

Hey man, the dude has found his niche…

Out running errands, taking the long way home.

Size 9 Dr. Martens are excellent for stomping on the loud pedal! :D

Finally drove some today! It's been since last November! Almost put 50 miles on the 03 cobra.
