I really appreciate that, I guess being fussy about things that would bug us is all part our obsession. I like to call a good detail "getting a new car without the new car price!" The best feeling is knowing that you have made the car more enjoyable...
This is something I have always wanted to do so my hat is off to you! Are you planning on commercially producing this or is it more of a hobby type experiment? Either way, I am definately subscribing. :)

While CCS pads are certainly good in their own right, I find that flat pads offer much more control and feel smoother over panel transitions. My biggest grip against CCS pads has always been that they lack the bevelled edges that the flat Lake Country pads have.

Exterior Afters: felt a little let down on the exterior because of the wheels, but after I removed the contamination, the paint really gained a lot of gloss and looked so much better than before.

Interior After: I was very very happy with the interior, even more so than the exterior because I knew the owner would be the happiest with a more pleasant driving environment above all else.

Thanks for the kind words! I have been using XMT360 on most of my details recently because it just does a very good job as an AIO. I wish I could do more correction details but most of my customers just don't see the value in it so a one step AIO really helps out on time and looks.

The smaller the pad on a DA buffer such as a PC, the more cut you will get. It will not be a huge difference between say a 5.5" pad and a 4" pad but the smaller ones will cut a bit more. That said, I think it is best to use both and see which one is most comfortable. I personally prefer using...
I have a 5hp, 12 gallon Shop Vac that I got for $35 off of Amazon and that thing sucks up anything and everything that you face it with. I also use it to suck dirty water out of our fountain and it empties the whole thing in 10 seconds flat (5 gallons of water).
Afters: I was very happy with the results of the one step AIO session as the minimal marring that was there was nearly all taken care of and gloss really amped up. I was most happy with how well the interior looked too, quite a luxurious back seat!
